Gift Certificates and discounted package deals are not redeemable or refundable for cash. If the original teacher is not available at times suitable with the recipient they may choose another teacher (any teacher on the Sydney Guitar Lessons website) to the value of the original purchase. Lessons purchased with a voucher must be commenced within 1 year from date of purchase (unless prearranged for occasions like Christmas/birthdays etc) and must be completed with the same teacher (unless prearranged) within a year from the date of commencing. Gift certificates and discounted package deals are transferable – As long as the original purchaser approves the transfer. Cancelled lessons must be made 24 hours before the booked lesson otherwise that lesson will be deducted from the total amount of lessons.
