In over 35 years of professional teaching I have given approximately 70,000 private lessons. I do what other teachers CAN”T or WON’T do.

I TEACH SKILLS While other teachers waste your time, money and enthusiasm teaching you bits and pieces of songs, favourite tunes and party pieces……..

I GIVE YOU A START THAT WILL KEEP YOU PLAYING FOR LIFE!! I teach all ages, levels and styles. I concentrate on developing real world skills that will allow students to be successful at auditions, jam sessions and open mic nights…..or just be a good social player for fun at a family get together.

I teach social players to the same high standard as my more career orientated students.

PROFESSIONAL TUITION Learning bits and riffs of favourite songs is just entertainment, not tuition…and I see a lot of this when I take on students from less experienced teachers or people who have tried to teach themselves from the net or video.

I have a structured program (something you can’t get on the net) that will take you from an absolute beginner to where ever you want to go, be it social playing, to amateur band, or industry pro. When you have reached a certain level of skill….we take your interests in to account and help you play the style or songs that inspire you. IT ALSO HAS TO BE FUN TOO 🙂

I teach a lot of adults who have found it’s far easier than they thought using my methods.But lot of adults suffer from the “I’m too old” syndrome…. I’m here to tell you that adults make the great students. They’re more focused than kids, and understand that if you put in a bit of work you will be rewarded.

They do have a few slight physical problems because of years of work injuries, RSIs, and old sporting injuries. I take it slowly, and at a pace your hand feels comfortable with. If you are looking for guitar lessons in the Campbelltown area please don’t hesitate to contact.
