Oles is an exceptional guitar player across many genres and styles. He is also a rare teaching talent. As a father son student duo he is extremely flexible on how we want to conduct our lessons while also identifying specific needs to improve our guitar skills. His lessons are not only effective but very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The lesson went well. Amelia enjoyed working with Mathew and we’ve agreed to continue with weekly lessons for the time being. Amelia likes his style of tuition.

I cannot recommend Oles highly enough! As someone who had never picked up a guitar before, I was initially apprehensive about learning to play. However, from my first lesson, Oles made me feel comfortable and willing to give it a go. His patience, expertise and passion for music are truly inspiring.
Oles has a unique ability to break down complex techniques into manageable steps, making it possible for me to see progress with each lesson. Thanks to his encouragement and tailored teaching approach I am gaining confidence and willing to practice.
If you're looking for an instructor who genuinely cares about your progress and fosters a love for music, Oles is the perfect choice. I am incredibly grateful for his guidance and support.

I am a guitar beginner who was looking for a teacher that could help me learn my favourite songs whilst providing the lessons and knowledge that I needed , to build skills with the guitar. Lucas has made the classes fun and informative by meeting my needs on how I'd like to learn. It is clear lucas is very advanced with the guitar and has so much experience in music. I would highly recommend his services.
Fede89
Lucas has knowledge and skills that he uses to make every lesson unique and fun.
He’s also been very flexible with the appointments in order to accomodate me and my work schedule.
I Highly recommend him to musicians of any level.

Lucas is a fantastic guitar teacher. He has extensive of various music styles from jazz to blue to rock. He’s extremely patient, encouraging, and organised. I always look forward to my lessons with him and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone wanting to learn or advance their guitar playing.

The lesson was a ten out of ten. Punctual, polite, professional, participatory...perfect, if you'll forgive the awkward alliteration!
I am looking forward to continuing.

Aydin is a great teacher and musician. He can explain concepts in a way that makes it easy to understand. He has helped me learn a whole bunch of songs and was able to teach me good habits.

Aydin is a really great teacher. He has extremely good playing technique and is able to pick up on a lot of ways in which your playing technique can improve. He's also got a very good knowledge of music theory and explains really well how it works and how all the parts relate to each other in a way that makes a lot of sense. I'd strongly recommend Aydin for anyone wanting to improve their music theory or playing technique.

Coen has been teaching my daughters guitar for almost 2 years. During this time he has shown himself to be extremely reliable, focused and has great rapport with his students. His knowledge of music is very diverse and has meant the girls are not only learning how to play the guitar but also appreciate the different music genres.
He is a likeable and pleasant young man and I would definitely recommend him as a teacher and mentor.

I have been working with Christian for over 5 years, I have dramatically increased my bass playing ability over this time and I look forward to continuing our work over my bass journey.
One my favorite things about working with Christian is how much he cares, he cares about music and his student's progression, I highly recommend Christian's lessons to anyone looking to progress on their instrument of choice as Christian plays many!

My son was happy with the lesson and has decided to continue going forward. Ethan was friendly, informative and helpful with his advice to Ryan. Ryan had been having trouble playing chords properly and Ethan helped him fix that.

I would highly recommend James as a skilled and professional guitar teacher. He has been instructing my son for a year and a half, and we couldn't be happier with his teaching. James has a remarkable ability to engage my son during their sessions, and as a result, my son's passion for playing the guitar has flourished. He spends hours practicing after each lesson and has developed an impressive repertoire of songs and skills. Recently, he even achieved an A in his school report for music, which speaks volumes about James' effectiveness as a teacher. We greatly appreciate James' expertise and unwavering dedication to my son's musical development. If you're in search of a talented and committed guitar teacher, look no further than James.

How do you take a 62 year old from having a dream to play to guitar with absolutely no experience, and motivate them to have a go and commence what is a magical musical journey? Well, you meet Luca Pipino and he will help you achieve things you never thought possible. I have been working with Luca for nearly two years and have learned so much but most importantly, had so much fun discovering the true beauty of music and the guitar. My only regret is I didn't take up guitar and music so much earlier. Luca is an extraordinary teacher and understands the challenges you face at an individual level which is so important in the learning process. And, by the way, he really knows how to play guitar and what music is all about.

I came to Luca after I had exhausted my ability to self teach. Luca is incredibly patient and has helped me correct my strumming technique, learn chords and scales, read music, understand more of the theory and invited me to join the band! He is a great all-in-one music teacher with a deep passion for music and teaching. Very fairly priced. Highly recommended.
Marki
Luca is a great teacher. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He challenges me to explore new techniques and styles while also ensuring that I understand the fundamentals. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their guitar playing to the next level.

If you are looking for a guitar teacher with loads of patience, a fantastic teaching style including explaining music theory in a way you can actually understand and enhances your playing ability, talented, options to further extend your learning by joining a guitar band (if you wish) and a genuinely super nice guy then Luca is for you.
Thanks Luca for making my lessons the highlight of my week 🙂
Pete
Luca is an excellent guitar tutor. He spends time crafting a progress plan tailored to your goals on guitar and pushes you along whilst being patient. I finally feel like I’m progressing on an instrument I have been picking up over a number of years.

James has been teaching my 15 yo nephew electric guitar for over a year now. James is a gifted player and even more gifted teacher. He is engaging, knowledgeable and it is a joy to hear their jam sessions.
James is happy to explore different genres with my nephew, and has helped him refine his skills and expand his repertoire, be it jazz, blues, pop or improv.
He is kind and generous, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an engaging and skilled teacher.
Luca Pipino
Very professional teacher and great person. Not only Luca taught me how to play guitar, he also most importantly gave me the right attitude anyone should have towards learning, listening to and playing music.

I'm getting back into guitar after a 20 year hiatus and Aydin is just what I needed. Aydin has a very in-depth understanding of theory, songwriting, melodic soloing and of course shredding techniques!
One of Aydin's best qualities is how he adjusts his teachings to suit your learning style and ability. He isn't simply a teacher that runs you through scales and chords. He teaches the connections, sounds and patterns through different types of lessons.
For example, I used to think that modes were "simply" a scale starting on a different note. While this is true, Aydin shows the real difference in modes by the variation in sounds the modal notes make on top of each chord. It really makes you listen to what you're playing instead of just going up and down a scale. I never knew I was so tone deaf until I really tried to play in this way! It was great! Only a teacher with an in-depth knowledge of theory can show you music in this way.
You know you're in front of a real musician when they speak to you in "major 5ths" and "perfect 4ths" instead of "it's on the 5th fret" 🙂
If you're unsure, just take one lesson and you'll see how effective he is at guitar and music teaching.
Peter.

Aydin has been a super patient teacher and delivers great structured lessons both online and in-person. Still using the helpful, personalised resources and feedback he provided for my guitar practise!

Ethan is quite simply a great guitar teacher and a lovely guy. My teenage son had never played before but thanks to Ethan his guitar skills and knowledge have really developed quickly. He's patient, encouraging and makes every lesson enjoyable - choosing and teaching music that he knows my son enjoys and will want to practice. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. My son looks forward to every single lesson!

Christian has been teaching me for the past 2 years. I've been playing guitar for over 8 years and I have learned (and improved) more in my time Christian than in the entire period before. I highly recommend Christian to anyone who wants to get really good!

Byron is the perfect fit for a guitar teacher.
In 2 lessons he already knows a fair bit about me as a player and person.
The structure of the work is exactly what i need.
Nathan
Ive been getting lessons with James for about 4 years I believe. He is a really good music teacher, he knows what he's talking about & how to implement within a lesson to suit my needs/skill set.
He will listen on what you want the lesson to include, i.e. songs/riffs to learn, music theory. But sometimes those are set as goals so maybe in a course of 3 lessons you learn other songs/sets of skills, to learn that said song/riff. Generally he likes to go through a whole song with all the parts (depending on the song) to play a song completely and not be a riff machine.
But I'm sure if you really really wanted to he will teach you just the riff.
Over your progress he will give you some options on where you would like to head / skills to improve/learn.
James is nice, calm & will help you with you guitar journey and I hope you give him a chance.

I have been getting lessons from James for 2-3 years now and have no intentions on stopping. Not only is James an amazing guitarist in all fields of popular music, he is very down to earth and easy to talk to which makes lessons far more enjoyable and easier to attend. My playing has improved dramatically over time with the help of James. He is very thorough at getting his point across. A great observer in your playing and where you need to improve and how. I would highly recommend James to any guitar player beginner- advanced.
MarcusG
Hi,
I’ve been getting lessons from James for 3-4 years and am really enjoying it. The lessons are always varied and we swap between electric and acoustic, depending on songs. I get an opportunity to propose songs I like and James is really good at also picking similar songs than includes passages suitable to my skill level.
The teaching is very bespoke and it is always designed to increase my skills, in the areas I’m interested in, and will benefit my playing the most.
James is excellent in determining complementary exercises so we might work on a piece with a focus on strumming technique for a tricky pattern, and have another piece with a lead line requiring other skills - in a lesson. James has also introduced music theory to me, in a way that really gave me “a-ha” and given me confidence to develop my own chord progressions, and get a greater understanding of how music is “built”.
James is a fantastic guitar player, but his main skill is to really make you understand the proper technique and areas of improvement. A strong focus on rather perfecting a simple piece than playing something more advanced, only OK - which I really enjoy.
James is very a very genuine and caring person as well and is really focussed on helping me getting the most out of my playing and being effective with my limited practice time.
It’s the most important hour of “me time” in my week - and I would recommend James to anyone who is looking to commit to improve their guitar playing and take on some great guidance.

Aydin is an amazing teacher with loads of experience in music and the music industry. I've been taking lesson for a while now from him and feel a lot more confident in my playing and understanding of music theory in practise. I highly recommend Aydin to anyone who has a huge passion for music as he can and will be able to help you achieve what ever goal you have in music. he helped my sister with her HSC music performances and exams and as a year 12 he is also helping me prepare for my exams. He has a huge attention to detail with your playing and can help your playing sound absolutely perfect. I greatly recommend Aydin to anyone who has a passion for music

After 4 years of playing without any Mentor, I found this great guy. They way he teachs is amazing! Including the "Dynamics of picking, how to play crystal clear, how to play the most efficient way (timings and finger positions) etc. And this is just the playing part. He also teachs you to make the best and natural sounds for your rig. God knows how I was in darkness about the electric guitar sound engineering. Thanks to Aydin now I'm on the right path. Trying to play fast as a humming bird and smooth as a rabbit skin B/ .

Aydin is an amazing musician, experienced teacher, and overall great guy. I played rock / blues guitar in high school and only decided to pick it up again 20+ years later. What struck me about Aydin is his attention to detail and systematic approach to teaching by breaking things down into simple steps. The first thing he determined that needed work was my picking technique, bending, and vibrato just by watching a video of me playing prior to our first lesson. He was also the first teacher I have had who clearly showed me how to properly execute and practice these techniques. This improved my playing dramatically in just a few lessons and allowed us to build on other fundamentals. I would recommend Aydin to guitarist out there of all levels as there is always something you can learn.
AndPlagueFlowers
Had my first lesson with Aydin, and was thoroughly impressed. After a few emails back and forth, and sending him some videos, he was able to approach the lesson in a way that met my current experience. He also worked in some key lessons on technique and approaches to building good habits. We ended with starting to a learn a song I was somewhat familiar with. I look forward to my next lessons with Aydin.

Started to learn guitar at the age of 46, having some progress now and the help of Aydin in it is just huge, he's a brilliant teacher, always ready to help.

Aydin is a fantastic teacher. My son has been taking lessons for a few months and enjoys them very much. Aydin is knowledgeable and able to pass this on to his students. My son has visibly improved in guitar and is always eager to have his lesson. I highly recommend Aydin as a guitar teacher.

Ethan is a lovely guy who will do anything he can to be able to help out his students. He doesn’t get frustrated or annoyed if you don’t get things first shot or even after a few times. He will always try and better your skills and knowledge. Highly recommend Ethan if you are around the Ryde area.

During our stay in May through June, we've had Coen 4-5 times a week for my son. He was so wonderful and fun, my son was looking forward to his lessons. Coen was always very professional yet made the lessons easy and fun. I'll definitely contact him again for our next trip to Sydney.
MichaelStevens
Coen is a very talented guitar and bass player. Not only that, but he is a relaxed and patient teacher. I asked Coen to help me become a better lead guitarist, and he's targeted our lessons accordingly. I now feel so much more confident playing solos in my band than I did before - I no longer feel like I have no idea what I'm doing!
JohnMackey
Coen has been teaching my daughter guitar since February 2019 and in that time she has vastly improved her ability in playing. What has also been most positive is her growing interest in music and the understanding in technical side of the instrument. I put all this down to Coen’s teaching. He seems to have tailored the lessons around my daughter’s learning style to keep her constantly interested and challenged.
As a parent I find Coen well mannered and very reliable. Coen is proof that it makes such a great difference getting a good teacher.

Frank is a great guitar player and teacher - have personally played along side Frank. He's very easy going and has a great ear. You're playing will definitely improve under franks guidance. He also fixed my guitar that was broken for me. Thanks Frank!

This is my second term having guitar lessons weekly with Coen. I am a beginner with only experience playing the piano many years ago now. Coen is an excellent teacher, he is patient and a very good listener and is able to adjust lesson plans according to my ability. Coen is very punctual and is very willing to adjust lesson timing and days if the need arises. His relaxed manner makes learning the guitar very enjoyable and I feel I have made a lot of progress in a very short time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coen as an excellent guitar teacher.

Charlie's first lesson with Vincent was great! Having lessons in our own home gave us a pressure free environment to scope out whether guitar lessons were doable, and my son came out of the lesson feeling motivated...We bought him his first guitar this weekend and are very keen to proceed with regular weekly lessons!
Colin
I recently had my first lesson with Vincent and found his musical knowledge and teaching skills to be of the highest standards. I am looking forward to continue learning with him and highly recommend any student of all levels looking to take guitar lessons to consider Vincent as their tutor.

I highly recommend Angus.

The lessons with Andy are great. He advised and helped me buy a guitar and have been sent on my way with a few things to practice. Ill be continuing with him. Recommended

David was very amazing teacher with specialized skills. He really teach how to play songs rather than basic knowledge that could be bored and lack of concentration for learning. My son likes him. We will continue the lessons without a doubt. 🙂

The Lesson with Danny was great. He was very patient with his teaching which made me less self aware. So I was able to relax and get into the learning.
Will definitely continue to seek his guidance.

Great teacher and Im really enjoying the lessons. He has an extensive knowledge of the roots rhythms that I'm interested in, Latin, folk country and blues. It inspires me that he can demostrates all these complex rhythms. He is paitient and dedicated to my progress. Very recommended!!!

Having studied guitar for many years, I have experienced and been lucky enough to learn with some great teachers. Angus more then just teachers guitar, he points out bad habits before they become problem, he teaches technique and tone 2 areas I have found other teachers to simply disregard. Angus has shown me many flamenco compas But most importantly Angus teaches so that I can learn on my own, Angus has armed me with the ability to learn pieces on my own. Best guitar teacher I have had.

Angus is an incredible teacher! He really knows his stuff, and really tunes in (no pun intended) to where I'm at, and what I'm doing right/wrong. He's really encouraging and super patient - will go over a tricky section of song with me again and again until I get it. I'm a beginner, so you can imagine how patient he is! Probably the best thing about his teaching style is he really understands exactly what will be the right level of difficulty for me, and how to push me beyond what I can already do. I think its really masterful for a teacher to be able to know how to stretch you so you actually improve, but not to the point where its too difficult and frustrating. He really hits this balance each time. I can't recommend Angus highly enough!

For the last 6 months I have been taking lessons from Angus. I must say, I am very happy and satisfied with every lesson I had with him. I feel after every lesson I can definitely see improvements with my guitar skills. Even my husband (who is a tough critic) can see progress after every lesson! One of the best things about Angus is he lets me pick the songs I want to learn, therefore I will not get bored and give up on learning. He is very accommodating, especially with changing lesson times, which suits my lifestyle perfectly. I would highly recommend Angus, as he makes every session fun and he is also very knowledgeable.

I have been taking lessons from Angus for almost a year now and I would without hesitation recommend Angus to anybody wanting to learn guitar. Angus is a very patient and knowledgable teacher who teaches to the ability of his students students. His lessons are always paced at a level I feel comfortable with. Each lesson is well thought out and planned that builds on skills and knowledge taught in previous lessons so that I as a student always feel that I am progressing. No question is too hard or any problem too difficult for him to take the time to patiently explain. I genuinely feel that Angus goes that extra mile to help me learn and enjoy playing guitar and could not recommend him more highly.
VictorZhou
I've just finished my 10th lesson with Angus and will continue to take another 10. For anyone wants to learn to play guitar but doesn't know where to start, I'd highly recommend Angus as your guitar teacher.
He's very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to teach a total beginner like I was. He can always recommend the right songs to learn to suit my skill level when I progress and keep me interested in practicing by teaching me new playing styles.
